Not all losses happen during normal business hours. ClaimsPro
has developed a comprehensive multilingual Emergency Claims
Service (ECS) centre, which is program specific. Account
instructions are available to the on-call adjusters, no
matter where the loss has occurred, and these instructions
include all preferred vendors such as engineering and legal
firms.
The average call back time by a ClaimsPro adjuster in Canada is approximately
seven minutes from the time a call is received at our service
centre. An adjuster responds to all inquiries or claims
no matter how minor. If necessary, an adjuster will attend
the scene of any unique or major loss and provide assistance
in accordance with the instructions arranged with the client.
The adjuster then contacts our Clients emergency personnel
and/or provides a report before 9:00 AM the next business
day.
