In
order to provide better service, our claims submissions
have been moved to our Client Data system. Through Client
Data, ClaimsPro offers its Clients the ability to:

View claims information (i.e.- reserves, adjuster notes)
on existing claims
- Submit
new claims via the web for quicker response times
- Add
your own notes to a submitted claim, with automatic notification
to the adjuster
With a customized login, your company information is automatically
entered for you, thus quickening the claims entry process.

contact Bill Moorman for a user name and password.

Client
Data is password protected. This will allow designations
to be made as to who can log in and view claims information.

Information
can be easily retrieved and claims can be accessed by
a number of criteria, such as: Date of Loss, Policy
Number, Insured Name, etc. |
Claims
can be easily viewed and accessed through the List of
Claims screen. |
Details of each claim such as the Insured Name,
Date of Loss, and adjuster can be viewed on the Claims
screen. |
Documents related to each claim can be accessed
and viewed right in Internet Explorer. |
The Notes screen shows the adjuster’s name and
notes that have been entered. The date and time are
listed on each note. |
Emails can be sent directly to the adjuster through
the Notes screen. Also, as a client, you can enter notes
that will be saved on file with the claim. |
Clients
can generate their own reports that can be viewed in
Internet Explorer or as a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel.
